POOL TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS
1. A minimum of 15 tables 
2. Open to men and women.
3. District Rules will be used and stated on the poster.
4. Five person team, Singles and Doubles Optional
5. Will try and schedule tournament around the 2nd weekend in February.
6  Aerie will set the entry fee.
GOLF TOURNAMENT REQUIREMENTS
1.  Your bid must include a letter from the golf course stating the Green Fees and the avilability of carts, 
     also a date in case of inclement weather.
2.  A letter, on Aerie letter head, from the Aerie confirming the bid and signed by the Aerie Secretary and Worthy President
      along with the tournament managers name, address and phone number.
3.  18  hole golf course.
4.  Golf 9  holes on Saturday for qualifying and 18 holes on Sunday with all 27 to count.
5.  Championship flight to be declared on Saturday and if not enough to make a flight low
     score on Saturday will be put into the championship flight.
6.  All flights to have eight if possible, except championship flight.
7.  Entry fee will be $15.00 above green fees, any changes to be approved by State Athletic
     Committee.
8.  Entry fees will be divided as follows:  
          Prize Money 75%, Expenses 15%, and State Athletic Committee 10%.
9.  Aerie to furnish trophy for each flight.
10.  Run in the fall - preferred in September.
