| GENERAL RULES FOR ALL MINNESOTA STATE EAGLES ATHLETIC EVENTS | ||||||||||||||||
| 1. All Athletic events are open to Aerie & Aux. Members, with the exception of the Men's Bowling | ||||||||||||||||
| Tournament, which is strictly men. | ||||||||||||||||
| 2. A letter, on Aerie letter head, from the Aerie confirming the bid and signed by the Aerie Secretary and Worthy President | ||||||||||||||||
| along with the tournament managers name, address and phone number. | ||||||||||||||||
| 3. You must have a paid up receipt (Aerie or Aux.) from the state of Minnesota. | ||||||||||||||||
| 4. Official receipts will be checked at all events. | ||||||||||||||||
| 5. Adequate Housing shall be available. | ||||||||||||||||
| 6. Aerie should have food available on game dates. Either a lunch, sandwich, or dinner menu. | ||||||||||||||||
| 7. Entry Fees will be divided as follows; except bowling (see bowling) | ||||||||||||||||
| Prize Money 75% - Expenses 15% and 10% to the State Athletic Committee | ||||||||||||||||
| 8. The Tournament Manager will furnish the State Athletic Committee a Financial Report | ||||||||||||||||
| within 30 days of the completion of the event. | ||||||||||||||||
| 9. The tournament manager will provide a list of all Aerie's entered in the tournament | ||||||||||||||||
| along with the prize list of all the winners and there home Aerie. | ||||||||||||||||
