GENERAL RULES FOR ALL MINNESOTA STATE EAGLES ATHLETIC EVENTS
1. All Athletic events are open to Aerie & Aux. Members, with the exception of the Men's Bowling 
    Tournament, which is strictly men. 
2. A letter, on Aerie letter head, from the Aerie confirming the bid and signed by the Aerie Secretary and Worthy President 
     along with the tournament managers name, address and phone number.
3. You must have a paid up receipt (Aerie or Aux.) from the state of Minnesota.
4. Official receipts will be checked at all events.
5. Adequate Housing shall be available.
6. Aerie should have food available on game dates. Either a lunch, sandwich, or dinner menu.
7. Entry Fees will be divided as follows; except bowling (see bowling)
Prize Money 75% - Expenses 15% and 10% to the State Athletic Committee
8. The Tournament Manager will furnish the State Athletic Committee a  Financial Report
      within 30 days of the completion of the event.
9. The tournament manager will provide a list of all Aerie's entered in the tournament
        along with the prize list of all the winners and there home Aerie.
